James G. Drake, DMDDr. James G. Drake is a native of Victor, Idaho, where he grew up on a dairy farm. Upon completion ofundergraduate work at Ricks College and Idaho State University, he attended Temple University, in Philadelphia,where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Drake is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care using the latest, proven technology to the people of Southeast Idaho and Wyoming. He and his wife, Jennifer, and three children, enjoy riding horses and skiing with family and friends. |

Jeri Briggs – Office Manager
Jeri has been at Park West Dental Care for 10 years. Jeri is a great leader and has a special ability to help create an enjoyable experience for patients. The patients and staff at Park West Dental love her! She has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around. Jeri loves to decorate, spend time with family and friends, and go shopping for shoes!!
Katie Roberts – Marketing Director
Katie loves working at Park West Dental Care because all of the staff and dentists are so enjoyable to work with. They have great qualities and loves that it is so easy to market each of them. Katie has been with Park West Dental for over 3 years.
Candice Lord – Office Assistant
Candice has been in the dental field for 14 years and loves to help people! Candice has been with Park West for 5 years. She is easy-going and has also been awarded the scheduling certificate with the scheduling institute. (Which makes her one of our scheduling experts)! Candice loves spending time with her son, Connor.
Rebecca Kay Rogers – Office Assistant
Rebecca is our sunny California girl! She has been in the dental field for the last three years, and loves it! Her sweet smile and friendly personality will help any patient feel at ease! She enjoys speaking Spanish, discovering new recipes, camping, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with her husband Trent.
Linda Hansen – Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda has been at Park West Dental for over 30 years. She is very skilled and talented at what she does and is very talented at making people’s smiles brighter and healthier. Patients always walk away saying how gentle and thorough she is. When you sit in her chair you can feel how much she really cares about the health of your smile! Linda enjoys scrapbooking, going to garage sales, and spending time with her family.
Alicia Holguin – Registered Dental Hygienist
Alicia grew up in Pocatello, Idaho, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. Alicia is innovative and thoughtful when it comes to patients. She is always looking for ways to help the patient have a better experience. She has a very warm personality and a great sense of humor. She loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her baby!
Alicia Jones – Certified Dental Assistant
Alicia has been with Park West Dental for over 7 years. She is loyal and very talented! Alicia is an admired instructor at the Idaho Falls Assist To Succeed Dental Assisting school. She is phenomenal at dental assisting and giving patients the best treatment and experience! Alicia is a part of the roller derby team in Idaho Falls and loves to camp and spend time with friends!
Ali Lindsey – Certified Dental Assistant
Ali has been with Park West Dental for over 4 years. She has a sweet personality and treats every patient and everyone around her like they are a million bucks. Ali is very helpful and competent! Ali loves the outdoors, snowboarding, water sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Angie Christoffersen – Certified Dental Assistant
Angie has been with Park West Dental for over 8 years. Angie is a people person, she can talk to anybody about anything. Patients love being around her. Angie is witty and very smart at dental assisting. She is great with all of the patients and staff. She has two beautiful children and loves spending time with them.
Jennifer Baker – Certified Dental Assistant
Jennifer has been at Park West Dental for over five years and loves to work with all of the patients at Park West Dental. She is great at helping them feel comfortable and happy. Jennifer has a fun-loving personality and it really helps patients feel right at home. Jen loves sports, watching her kids play sports, and simply spending time with her family.
Heather Vollmer – Certified Dental Assistant
Heather graduated from the Assist to Succeed Dental Assisting school in Idaho Falls. She has been with Park West Dental for 3 years. She excels in everything that she does! She has a contagious smile and laugh. Everyone loves being around her. Heather loves to play Bunko, spend time with her family (she has two beautiful children), and having fun! Heather is great at having fun no matter what she is doing!
